Our amazing chef Rupal makes all of our sauces in house. Our homemade hot sauce is (currently) made using different types of chilis; some for smokiness, some for fruitiness and some for heat. Using a combination allows for all the flavours to develop on top of each other. Layers of delicious tastiness can enhance many dishes, not just our tacos, so it is now available to take home! Pick yours up Friday & Saturday from our restaurant - freshly filled.
Dive into the basics of hot sauce with our chef at our Fitzrovian flagship at 72 Cleveland Street! Learn about the history of the Scoville heat scale and impress your friends with your new-gained chili knowledge. Then you'll get your personal laboratory station where you can mix our different hot sauces to find your perfect combo - take home a bottle of your favourite. And what's even better: we'll let you know your code and you'll be able to order more when you run out or when you need a present for your spice-affine friends. There'll be little snacks to help you taste test and cleanse your pallet and if you wish to, our bartender will be happy to make you and your friends more cocktails once our complimentary margarita has whetted your appetite.
